Terms & Conditions

  1. Agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you use the Trusty Paws Australia website or place an order, and ordering confirms that you accept them.
  2. Who Can Order. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian order on your behalf, and the details you provide at checkout must be accurate.
  3. Our Products. We describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible, though slight differences in colour, dimensions, or packaging between production runs can occur and are not treated as faults.
  4. Fit and Suitability. Our products are pet accessories designed to fit most common vehicles and pets, but you are responsible for confirming a product suits your vehicle and your pet's size and behaviour before use.
  5. Supervision. Our gear supports safe travel with pets but is not a substitute for proper restraint or supervision. You remain responsible for securing and supervising your pet in the vehicle.
  6. Prices and Availability. All prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice. Stock is updated as accurately as we can, and we may cancel an order if an item proves unavailable.
  7. Orders and Payment. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a pricing or listing error has occurred.
  8. Shipping. Delivery estimates on our Delivery page are indicative, not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to our carrier, risk of loss passes to the carrier.
  9. Returns and Warranty. Returns and our 12-month warranty are handled under our Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
  10. Care and Use. Where care or fitting instructions are provided, following them is your responsibility, and damage caused by misuse or incorrect fitting is not covered.
  11. Our Content. The Trusty Paws Australia name, images, and website content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
  12. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use our site unlawfully, to disrupt its operation, or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to reach.
  13. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  14. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
  15. Updates. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the version live on this page at the time of your order applies.
  16. Contact. Any questions about these Terms can be sent to us through our Contact page.
